There's nothing really bigger about any of those. They still only seat 5 and your trunk is probably bigger than the tiny space behind their back seat. Why bother?
If you want bigger, go BIGGER. The one SUV (and I've had several) that I kind of regret selling was my 2010 Toyota Sequoia Platinum. Holy smokes that thing was great and full of every bell and whistle too. Amazing vehicle.
