Same issue here. Can be quite frustrating at times as it can get pretty shaky.
It does indeed help to give it more gas but who wants to pretty much launch the car at every stop light. I agree these issues are really hard to get through to the dealers. We all know something is wrong here but chances are they will say everything is great.
I haven't tried bringing this up at my dealer yet but it will happen soon.
