This is the answer I just unboxed and mounted my brand new redline ex ( replacing the original redline) and it falses laser constantly and never stops in my '18 m3. Found the sensors in the screen after blacking out my garage and at the right angle you can see faint red lights on both sides of the screen. Cover these up and no more false alert. The camera on my phone actually captures them nicely whereas the naked eye doesn't. Made an account just to post this to help out because I know it drove me crazy thinking I had a bad unit out of the box. |
I tried this and it worked. Thank you! It was a constant nuisance and I was not able to figure out how to make the laser warning go away.
