There will be an exodus out of CA this year, at least for Northern California. So many of my colleagues are shifting to full remote work and packing up. Both my office and my wife's office don't expect to open back up this year.

Yes, you are correct about the smog abatement fee program, but your car is still non-compliant so if you get pulled over for noise or whatever they can mess your day up as this thread proves.
