My guess is the "shaking" takes place when you try to move from a stand still in Sport+ mode. Most likely "clunk" sound occasionally too.
I am also going to guess the rattling happens at a specific RPM during acceleration and is most likely coming from your exhaust valves.
Do a search or three and you might find some threads already discussing these issues.
