Y'all seem worried about the 245 on a 10 inch rim at the back.
I'd be more concerned about the overall diameter of the fronts if they really are 245/*45*-19 as the OP has stated. That's a full 20mm additional sidewall/radius. They are almost certainly going to rub on the liners at full lock and possibly under full compression also.
PS. Might even be worth checking he hasn't got 4 x front wheels fitted.
