argh, I was not blessed with height so those seat belts sit back pretty far. I wish there was a way that you can keep the seat belt hooked on the tab. I always grab the seat belt from down low - not up high. Grab the belt near the floor and pull it up. Works well for me. You have to do it with the door open.
