I checked Carchex and M3/M4 is not a model they support. Only the normal 3 and 4 series.

I checked Endurance and they do not seem to have M3/M4 on the drop down on vehicle models.

Warranty Direct does not cover BMWs at all (anymore if they ever did).

I called my own insurance, Mercury, for the Mechanical Breakdown Insurance and they also do not have a protection plan for BMW M4.

My car does not qualify for Geico MBI since I exceeded the mileage.

Does anyone else have any recommendation besides going to the dealership?
Costco and AAA used to have an extended warranty but it's gone now too.
I got my M3 covered through Mercury so they can do it. That said I did before my factory warranty expired which maybe required but they do offer it. I got 6 years 75k miles.
