If you're not comfortable or experienced with a heat gun, use a hair dryer on the highest setting. I found that it didn't take much heat to remove mine.

Also, do not try to reach in to the wheel well liner like the IND DIY says. Take the extra 5 minutes and remove the wheel and liner. It's just a couple of bolts and will allow you to focus more on the removal. This is especially true if you have the cameras above, which further restricts your movement.
