Yes, the F80 will get wider bodywork than the F30 just like the F82 will vs. the F32. Whether or not they will look similar in that regard remains to be seen. With the E9x generation M3, some people actually thought that the coupe's rear fenders did not look as aggressive as the sedan. So we'll have to see what they did, if anything, to address this.
One thing that spy shots do seem to show - which is expected anyway due to the name change for the coupe - is that the sedan will not share the coupe's front end like the E9x M3s did.
