It's been pending sale for 3 months, it's likely legit, cargurus says it's only $3500 under market value which in reality isn't that low. 2015's are in the low 40's upper 30's. My 2017 was 57K which is about where this car started 3 months ago and my cars value is going to be under 50k by end of next year. Not sure why everyone so underestimates depreciation on these cars.
As another data point on autotrader there's 91 M4's under 50k and 26 under 45k with the lowest at 32k (which probably had an accident).
