I can't be certain since you didn't link to a specific picture, but I suspect you are referring to the presence of the small hinged hatches that house the mounting hardware as evidence, rather than actually seeing roof bars attached to a car with CF roof.

The problem is that the mounts themselves are not provided inside those recesses.
