Minimum pressure moved up from 19 to 20psi after P3. Pirelli increased the min psi for a reason, possibly structure degradation after practice with low psi. Was the min spec was too aggressive or is Pirelli suggesting some teams may have been running less than 20 psi (nitrogen filled).

Standardized psi measurement devices makes sense.
