by the way, all of us with the issue currently.
The iOS 13.2 update seemed to have fixed it for me, at least for the time being. Just updated it, deleted (both car and phone), reconnected my phone and things seemed to be okay again. Can change songs over the steering wheel/HUD, can change songs by selection on iDrive.
