It sounds like someone bought the car thinking it would be something they could flip, like a house...

All of the description about how slow he drove, how its "just like buying it from a dealer", how " I drove it home and it will stay in the garage until a lucky person buys it from me"....

It IS rare, but I dont think its worth a premium. Maybe if that person holds it for a while, without driving it, it may be worth something... but I dont think cars in general are a good "investment to flip".
