In that scenario you would allways have a certain minimum of boost available, even when coasting or sitting at a red light at idle. That would create a allmost lag free engine. In reality with negligible lag. Just imagine the torque and hp curve of such a engine 
If BMW does this, or something similarly new tech, we will again have a classic M engine I believe. |
