Did they just make that small blip in the power curve to claim a whole 10hp gain over the CP

EDIT: Did some math: 600N-m (442.5lb-ft) @ 5380RPM = 453.3hpSAE and 338kW = 453.3hpSAE, so essentially a flat power curve. I wonder why they show that blip on the chart
