What about traction control, when going more than 2 sizes difference.
Plus rubbing issues going up to 295.
Those two things seem to be hot or miss on F80s. With F82s, yes no questions needed, you go 295 or 305 if not lowered. |
TC no probs with those sizes…both are about 26" (I think rear 305 was 26.3", just fine). My F80 has MP-HAS but not slammed. Front 275/35 rubbed a little but 265/35 clears. Rear 305 didn't rub on either my F80 or F82 (10.5ET35 wheel). My F82 is base suspension, and I've got 325/30/19 on 11.5ET45 out back with no rubbing, those rubbed a little on my F80 because of the HAS. Jacking it up would have fit. |
So you're running a 305 now on your F80 with a ET35 10.5" wheel? And no rubbing, even though your slightly dropped?
