I mean that was my experience buying out my finance with a single payment, not financing the buyout of a lease. I was expecting to at least fill out a form and send something in the mail but no, all online no forms. Even got the interest credit processed automatically (they guarantee the buyout amount for a certain period, ie 2 weeks, if you pay before you get a small interest credit).
