It depends on the tire brand. In general, Pirelli is narrower than Michelin. So no rubbing may be true for Pirelli tires, but not Michelin MPSS or Cup2. ET25 is cutting it very close, you "may" need tcamber in if needed. Please share your findings once mounted so we can help the community.

Here's a better angle of 20x11 ET30 with 285/30/20 (NITTO NT555). NITTO width is between Pirelli Zero and MPSS. As you can see, I don't think there's even 2mm room left let alone 5mm.
