Can't find much info about the weird contraption!
The original IG post I got this from said it was an X6 E71 mule, but
this 2005 forum post, earliest I could find, calls it "BMW V5" aka "
Space Functional Space" aka "
Progressive Activity Sedan" which then went onto to become the 5 Series Gran Turismo.
Granted, it did not get any better looking.
And it drove really weird. Had one for a day.
