Thanks guys and apologies if you were looking to buy the car. Just dumb luck and bad sales rep led me to it.
I'm pumped to get the car here.
The dealership actually tried to raise the price once I started negotiating on it and they looked up the other "real" CS' that were listed.
With what looked like a minor carfax, I thought it was a no brainer and just took it at what I could get.
Now you guys will just have to tolerate my obligatory newb Q&A requests, followed by other user links to older posts of info lol.
