Considering the 991S out traps the C7 vette (also underrated at 460 hp and weighs the same as the 991S), I dont see the M3 being able to do. We all know 400 Porsche hp is like 450-475 hp in any other car, case in point the C7 vette, which is also underrated and still doesnt trap what the 991S does.
For the M3 to trap what the 991S traps (120 mph) would be encoaching on M5/6 trap speeds (which also happen to be 120 mph). I just dont see that happening. The e9x m3 is a 112 mph trap speed car. The next will likely be ~4-5 mph better putting it in the 117 range.
Either way, 117 is seriously quick. The m4 will likely be as fast as a bolt on e9x m3 (again, 117 mph or so). And I know I never think my full catless e92 with dct is slow.
And you can be sure it wont be as pinpoint accurate or precise as the 991.
