CCB is IMO absolutely nuts if you aren't going to track the car ( Given that the standard breaks are still cross drilled M specific breaks ). As visual and aural bling goes you'll get more bang for the same buck with individual paint and the BMW M performance or an Akra exhaust IMO.
I don't think the CF roof will move the price point much, if at all, considering the coupe got one previously, and the price delta between coupe and sedan was fairly equal amongst M's and non-M's. If the CCB's are 10k I'm DEFINITELY passing. My self-imposed price cap is $70-72k. Whatever doesn't fit within that price cap just......won't!
