I've had the Power Stop Z16 ceramic brake pads 16-1656 and 16-1609 on my car for a couple of years. They've been great! Literally 99% less brake dust than stock and has identical stopping performance to the stock brake pads and are quiet. They're super cheap too - like $28 and $25 respectively for front and rear pads on Amazon right now.
My rims used to get dirty after 1 day. They now look very clean even after weeks of not washing the car. Best and cheapest mod I've done to my M3.
