Car was also brought to a different dealer, where the repair was denied. Then OP waited until almost of month to complain to Steve Thomas about the tear. It which he chose texting as the form of communication.
I edited my post to mention what you just said.. OP took his car to a different dealership and not Steve Thomas.. Why is OP claiming that Steve Thomas denied to repair the steering wheel when they did not even hear about it until a month later..
