My personal opinion would be about 40% lower than a comparably spec'd nice nice car.

Even then, you gotta realize your audience to later sell this to shrinks even further as time goes on and mileage accumulates.

Make sure it's been fixed right & be comfortable with being able to sit on it for quite awhile when trying to sell it later. If you're good with those two things, then maybe it's the car for you...
