We've had a BMW/Audi garage for quite a long time as we appreciate the individual benefits each brand offers. Plus, my wife really likes Audis.
When it was time to replace the last one, we ended up going with the cheapest one, the RS3. We found it is the one the offered the best driving experience. We found the RS5 to be very isolated, muted and numb and it did not feel any faster than the RS3 that felt like a little rocket go-kart (and test data in fact shows the
RS5 isn't any faster than the
RS3). My wife decided to forgo the more high end feel of the RS5 for the better driving experience of the RS3.
