Had the car in for a clunk/rattle noise on driver's front. Found the tie rod with excessive movement. Did the tie rod and TSB for friction discs and replaced a whole bunch of bolts as part of the TSB. Alignment was completed as well. Drove the car for a few weeks, alignment slightly off but now a click is heard turning full lock (stationary) either way. Bring it back, they now say the noise is from the dinan tension strut ball joint kit that they installed when I first picked the car up. Dinan covers the new set along with labor and alignment. Get a call that the noise is some what better but still there ... now it's the steering rack! Glad it's under warranty but...
