I am replacing my modified 2012 Porsche Cayman R with the New M4 Coupe!
The Cayman R and new Cayman S & GTS are phenomenal cars; responsive steering, go-kart handling, superb looks & dynamics...however, they suffer from underpowered engines that lack low down torque and will likely leave you demanding more..

Unless you transplant a 3.8 engine in the car, or install a turbo kit, the Cayman will always be underpowered compared to the BMW M cars and Porsche 911.

Sure, you can argue that straight line performance is not everything, and that the Cayman is pound for pound, the better 'driver's car', but for a daily driver that offers higher refinement, more versatility, probably more than ample fun and great performance on track, the BMW M4 is the smarter choice! At least that was my justification :-)

Imagine an M4 with Wheel Spacers, Lowering Springs, Race Brake Pads, Performance Exhaust, Headers, Intake, ECU Tune, Lightweight Battery & R-Compound Tires!
This is making me forget about my Cayman R very quickly!!
