My buddy who isn't on the forums is listing his M3 CS for sale soon.
SMB, 20,6xx miles, exec package, clean carfax (no accidents/paintwork - can provide recent carfax report as well). Have a bunch of high res pics available as well. Just professionally detailed/paint corrected.

Kinda unsure of how to price this cause there weren't a ton of recent sales but asking $71.5K. Will probably go on autotrader soon. DM for more info!
