Should be fine. A 295 is designed to fit on a 10-11" rim according to tirerack. Clearance should be fine as I've run 305s on 11s.
Im doing the 295/30/20 4S but on an aftermarket rim which gives 11mm less inner clearance and 15mm less outter clearance than stock.
