But to answer your question: Paypal is the way to go - just NOT Paypal Friends & Family. Always make sure it's Goods & Services and, honestly, just offer to pay the fee - buyers usually are pretty friendly to that and it's mainly benefitting you as a buyer.

or just negotiate with fees included. i have never asked a buyer to PP F&F me for any of the items i have sold, in fact if they offer i typically tell them thats great for me but you really shouldn't do that, even though i am a stand up guy.
