So I'll consider switching to smaller tires. This things been a headache...but a fun one lol

Once you have the issue again disconnect your battery for one or two minutes. If it goes away get a full sw update at the dealer.

For your rubbing, try first more camber before buying new tires.
Cambered you're the limit. Stock arms.
