The numbers I posted above are from their German website, but Turner Motorsport that the Sport Springs have a lowering of 1.3"/0.8" and Super Sport Springs of 1.6"/1.0"... Is there any difference between US and EU springs as it is at Eibach? I even looked at H&R's TÜV approval documents and they did not help at all.

Thanks for this post. I'll update my OP. I'll probably leave out the info for the H&Rs though as there is a link to a reference thread. H&R heights are all over the place due to some folks using F32 rears along with F82 fronts etc.
