Hey Tommy, I have the same setup as you. Akra slip on with AA single mid and I used an E12 Torx Socket and adjusted the tips so they angle slightly higher than I had them before and it looks perfect now. You may want to give it a try as it's a much simpler solution than messing with hangers. |
Wow we may have a winner! It never occurred to me that the tips themselves could be adjusted up. I got under the car and did just that and it worked like a charm. Seriously thank you for the suggestion. Love it!!!
On the flipside I did order some polyurethane hangers from an E46 and even though I may not need them now maybe they'll have some sort of a benefit and will prevent the exhaust from moving too much.
