In my case, I had 800+ miles over my lease mileage allotment. It was submitted as such to BMW FS, which sent me a bill a month or two later. Subsequently, both the disposition fee ($350) and extra mileage fee were zeroed out once they found the paperwork for my BMW FS financing on the F80.

That's good info to know.
I wonder what the mileage limit is. I can't imagine they would eat 15K miles just because another BMW was purchased.
