The video was posted on page 2 of this thread.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think it is just that in the US, the adaptive lights are coded off initially(auto high beams, etc), you just get a brighter light with the LEDs vs. the Xenons. The Euro-spec has the auto high beams and all of the tech coded on to begin with.
