I spend $6 per day to charge from 54% to 90% after my daily commute. I used to spend over $400 per month with my Merc E350 which was a NA V6. I believe E85 burns faster than premium gas so how much does a full tank get you in mileage?

Now that E85 has become more expensive, it is essentially break even compared to running pump gas. When E85 was cheaper, i saved roughly 30% compared to running pump gas even though I had less MPG on ethanol.
But the fuel savings is really wiped out by more frequent oil changes since ethanol kills even the best motor oils rather quickly due to fuel dilution.
People have recommended using 5w-50 when running ethanol to combat the decrease in viscosity.
