I have Silverstone full leather and, although am only a couple of weeks in, no issue yet! I turned down the dealer protection and went for a full detail with a local firm (Ed at Divine Detail - he was fantastic). For the leather protection he used something called Dr Leather Dye Block, which seems to get pretty good reviews. Needs re-doing every 6 months or so but well worth it. I have similarly light leather on my Disco, which I didn't have protected and after 18 months it is screwed (it does get abused by 4 kids on a daily basis but it still upsets me!).
