At factory ride height (which is what you just linked us to) is going to appear more flush than if the vehicle was lowered. When lowered more negative camber so you've got more room to add in those extra 5mm's. 9.5" ET20-ET22 is spot on perfect up front. 11" ET37 on the rears is also spot on if you go with an 11".

Fitment isn't 100% identical between factory ride height and lowered despite what some think.
