IMO this is the same bolt https://www.bavauto.com/bmw-bolt-11427542983 however unable to confirm if grade 10.9
Negligible but i would rather use the OEM style bolt as there is no washer. In other solutions the washer is not centred to the bolt from a balance perspective. Probably will make sweet fa difference in the bigger picture.
