I just took my sway bar off along with endlinks. (for drag racing). And noted the position of the endlinks load on FSB.

They are pretty well right at the start of being preloaded. Maybe just a hair of force needed to put the studs through the holes on the sway bar. So BMW did design it to have the endlinks already pulling slightly up on the sway bar, but not a crazy amount.

Also to those of you that do mostly straight line stuff anyway, with all the strut bracing up top I hardly noticed a difference in regular driving. However it most definitely helped with weight transfer on the street/traction. I consistently cut 1.8x 60 foots now on the street without prep.
