Gonna make it near unanimous and recommend PS4S for your intended usage. There's a significant improvement in comfort with negligible difference in street capabilities.
The PS4S is 'squdgier' than the Sport Cups though, so I guess if you want the feeling of zero give on hard cornering, then go get PSC2. I also like the looks of PSC2 much better. PSC2 has better detailing of the Michelin logo and has that sharper edge that fills out a wheel well so much better!
