Yes I believe so, call Ron at Noelle and he can explain it to you better than I can. What he told me was that you need 7 million cubic feet of air at the speeds or something to the degree of that in order to properly dyno the car. Ideally it needs to be in a wild tunnel so you don't damage the car or get heat soaked. And no tuner is going to have a wild tunnel dyno in the states that necessary to test abc maintain all safety parameters. Again I'm no engineer so Don't quote me which is why I say call Ron at Noelle and he can explain.

Also you can call any tuner that installs and they will tell you more specifics. Trust me I have the some amount of skepticism when they told me that, and every tuner that installed Noelle tuned said the same thing "don't even bother with with anything else, go with Noelle you will not regret it".
