Good question.
We decided to push our market release back for a few reasons. First and foremost, many things changed with the production process to reflect how the product is expected to perform in the market. The KRATOS brand was initially structured to do productions runs of a few months worth of inventory. Given the response that was received, that model was changed to doing larger batch runs.
Additionally, minor changes were made in the product to reflect the results seen today.
The purchase by Global Motoring Group and consequent internal restructuring were a time consuming but necessary and positive process. During this time, additional testing was completed and more miles were logged on the KRATOS hardware. KRATOS takes the testing phase very seriously and tests for reliability and performance far beyond industry norms.
