Manually adjust the HVAC settings:
- Air distribution dial set on the windshield (defrost icon)
- Fan set to maximum speed by pressing the big fan button until all the LEDs are lit
- AC set to ON
- Recirculation set to OFF
Leave the settings this way and just press the "AUTO" button to toggle between regular automatic HVAC and full defrost
