The European MSRP is a 5% discount off U.S. MSRP, but the way to negotiate a Euro Delivery price is to work up from European
invoice price, adding a fixed amount. For my wife's 2011 335is Coupe, we negotiated $500 over European invoice price. M cars demand more of a fixed amount, and we bought both my 2016 M4 and my wife's 2018 M3 ZCP for $1,500 over European invoice. Of course you have to find a dealer that has not just an allocation, but an M allocation. For this you really need to go to a higher-volume dealer.
