Yeah I bet they will, there's just no way a turbo with 2500mi on it should have the type of shaft play the shop described, nor the ever-increasing size of my cold-start cloud.
Totally get that this stuff happens and even factory units fail like this. An unfortunate situation either way and a pretty big hassle tbh, but that's the game right?
