Stock internals - Going to keep power below 700 hp and torque will also be capped.

In a local south Florida chat with 6 turbo cars. 5/6 have blown. Some moderately low 700whp/700+wtq, and some full blast. Most with PI or meth. Sub 700 you should be safe, but when you get the itch to creep it up, you're much better building.
I really believe 700 is the threshold for reliability when tracking or racing pretty often.
